We'd Love To See Your Stuff!
If you took photos, boomerangs, video or whatever on the Go-Chi-Mor Trail we hope you'll share them with us — we are bustin' to see it all and display it where everyone else can see it as well. Thanks!Upload your files here…
Use this form to upload file(s) if you have just a few you’d like to share, and they’re not very large. Click the ‘Select Files’ button to locate the files you want to share on your PC, or your phone’s photo library, or you can drag an’ drop them into the space below…
(It’s best do this on wif-fi Internet and not waste your precious cellular data)
Many or large files to upload?
If you have some very large high resolution or video files (>5Mb each) or more than 10 of them it is going to save you a bit of time and hassle to use an alternative upload method. We have three basic scenarios to deal with here:
Scenario 1 - You know your sh*t and have already got all your high-res originals stashed in the cloud someplace like Mega, Dropbox, Google, Instagram, Tumblr or Flickr or...
Perfect. Send us link(s) to any (and all) media you’d like to share and make sure the site (or your settings) will allow the highest possible resolution downloads. To send the links use this form.
Scenario 2 - You've got all your high resolution original images and videos and boomerangs and whatnots on your PC's hard drive and you're ready to upload.
Cool: Use WeTransfer to send us your files to this email address or if you have a Mega account upload to Mega (signup and 50Gb space is free). If you have a Dropbox account you can use that too, but they only give you a measly 5gigs of space. Either way, when you’re done, send us links. Shot.
Scenario 3 - You've got all your stuff on your iPhone or Android phone and want to share some (or all) of it.
Mega and Dropbox have free apps that allow you to upload your stuff and share the links. Another options would be for you to share stuff via WeTransfer (no account needed) – the simplest if you have no other accounts.
Alternatively you can get your media files transferred to your PC’s hard drive (via iTunes, or Photos on a Mac – I’m not sure what the apps are for Windows but let us know and we’ll add them) and then read the Scenario -2- option.
None of the above / Keen but need some assistance / No speak digital?
Both Mega and Dropbox have apps that allow you to upload your stuff and share the links. Other options would be to share stuff via Instagram, Flickr, Tumblr and, don’t forget, send us the links. The first option is possibly the simplest way to go.
If you need assistance, please use this form to give us a shout.
What about WhatsApp and Facebook and SnapChat and other stuff I already learnt how to use..?
Well, the thing is this: those guys will process, resize, compress and otherwise degrade the image quality your files to suit the way they like things done. We’d prefer to make those decisions and do that stuff ourselves. We want to help you realise the full potential of your stuff before we share it. It’s how we roll…
What are you going to do with all our stuff?
We don’t know really, we need to see it all first. But I’m pretty sure we’ll come up with something interesting.
